Parklands Estate Wonthaggi Rebrand

The Brief

Parklands Estate Wonthaggi is a community and property development by Parklea, with a focus on offering a place to call home on the Bass Coast. Their logo wasn’t saying enough about the community, and they really didn’t have much to go on when it came to the brand messaging or visual identity. They wanted to dig deep and create something authentic that stands out.

The Result

It all started with a half-day brand workshop with Kick, where key players across the Parklands and Parklea team shared what they know about the location, the target market, the land and basically everything they could think of.  

From there, our creative team went away to build a brand essence, visual identity, logo, tone of voice and website to do this coastal community justice. A relaxed font and seaside-inspired colours and shapes combined with messaging that speaks to the right people ticked all the right boxes to elevate Parklands and attract new residents.
