Kick was enlisted by Parklea to create a brand identity for their new property development estate in Warragul. The brief was to develop a name and visual look for the premium estate which complimented the rural setting. The challenge was to create a unique brand identity and messaging that would appeal to both local buyers and those looking for a tree-change.
Kick steered the development of the Lillifield brand from start to finish. Drawing inspiration from neighbouring Lillico and natural surroundings, the name and visuals highlight the local area’s open spaces, township’s rural charm and Warragul’s surrounding landscapes. The brand identity showcases Lillifiled’s vision of creating a harmonious community with access to larger blocks, open spaces, and convenient access to amenities. With land now selling, Kick continues support across branding, strategy, web, social media and print.
